Mark T. McCloskey,
recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV-rated lawyer, the highest
rating given to attorneys for both performance and professionalism,
founded his own firm in 1994 for the sole purpose of representing
individuals who have sustained serious personal
injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord, neck, back, and other
serious injury or death through a variety of causes. The goal of McCloskey,
P.C. is to maintain a relatively small number of clients so that the
attorneys at McCloskey, P.C. can direct significant personal attention
to each client to not only maximize each individual's economic recovery
but help you and your family
through this difficult time. Prior to starting
this firm, Mark T. McCloskey was a lead trial lawyer for a large
personal injury firm in Illinois. In
that capacity, he was responsible for thousands of lawsuits involving
injuries to railroad employees and maritime employees throughout
the United States. Although successful in the vast majority of those
cases, Mr. McCloskey quickly recognized that seriously
injured individuals, particularly those sustaining neurological
injuries which will effect the rest of their
lives, could not be appropriately represented in an assembly-line
fashion.
In the fall of 1992, Mark T. McCloskey came to the
understanding that individuals suffering life-changing, career-ending
injuries demanded the full time, personal |
|
and individual
attention of a competent attorney. Thus was born the philosophy
of McCloskey, P.C. The goal of this firm is to provide exactly that
- - personal, individual representation of a small number of seriously
injured individuals so that each individual's claim can be carefully
evaluated, thoroughly investigated, expertly prepared and professionally
tried so that every last penny of compensation is recovered.
"If your injury will effect
the rest of your life, your choice of lawyer will also."
