Patricia
N. McCloskey
Patricia N. McCloskey is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate,
Summa Cum Laude, of Pennsylvania State University, graduating first
in her class (completing her degree in 3 years) with the highest
cumulative average in 47 years at such university in her department.
Patricia McCloskey is a 1986 graduate of Southern Methodist University
School of Law and has been continually engaged in trial practice
as a lawyer since that time. Patricia McCloskey began her career
in commercial litigation as an associate at what was voted by the
American Lawyer as one of the top 10 mid-sized firms in the country
and thereafter represented, amongst others, the United States of
America as Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
(FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RIC).
Patricia McCloskey formed her own firm for the practice
of law in 1993, where she continued to represent the FDIC and the
RTC until devoting her time exclusively to representing the rights
of those suffering serious personal injury and wrongful death together
with her husband, Mark McCloskey.
Patricia McCloskey has extensive trial experience
